TOEFL iBT Test Scoring

Your scores are based on your performance on the questions in the test. You must answer at least 1 question each in the Reading and Listening sections, write at least 1 essay, and complete at least 1 speaking task to receive an official score. The test is scored on a 0–30 scale for each section, and 0–120 for the total score. ETS uses both human raters and automated scoring to offer a complete and accurate picture of a test taker’s ability.

Arte et Marte’s prep courses provide a high quality and comprehensive preparation to help you take the TOEFL test. They include free materials (books and multimedia) for all students. The course will boost your language skills that will be put to the test at TOEFL, but even more importantly, it will help you master the techniques and strategies required to take this test more smoothly. Some of these refer to specific listening and reading techniques or information spotting, while others include taking notes efficiently during the reading, listening, speaking and writing sections.

We only work in small groups; we are flexible when scheduling time slots, and all our teachers use the same student-centered approach.
